Eric Wearing the Outfit

Here's Eric at about a year (I think), sitting between his parents, Jack and Karla Carmichael, and he's wearing the outfit you see Caleb in below. My in-laws sent me other pictures with him in the hat, but I couldn't open them, so I will get back to you with more pictures of him in the hat when I figure out what I'm doing wrong. :)

Wearing Daddy's Outfit

So the story behind the outfit...Eric wore it when he was a baby.
My mom-in-law gave this to me when Caleb was born, saying, "The only thing I want is a picture of Caleb in this outfit."
So we go to put it on him, and before we can even get the camera turned on, he spits up all over his vest.
Oops.
Guess he wasn't too crazy about the outfit. :)
Isn't the hat cute??

Rolling II

He's now rolling from back to tummy.

He did this first on Monday, June 1st, my dad's birthday...rolling for Papa -- Happy Birthday, Papa!!

Had to include the drool...it's so Caleb.

Noodle Art

A couple bags of noodles, some glue, and whala! Noodle art!!

This kid LOOOOOOVVVVES anything having to with art projects. She wakes up almost every morning, and the first thing she says after she eats breakfast is, "Mommy, can I make an art project?" or something along those lines -- "Can I use scissors...or glue...or markers....Oh Mommy, let's do the art project they did on Curious George today!!"
And if you know me at all, it's like she's gouging out my eyes with this request. It's SUCH a non-Sara-mommy thing to do. But I try to make the stretch...for my little project afficionado.
But the irony in it all is -- her favorite thing about art projects involving glue?
The glue.
I never hear the end of how much she loves to pick dried glue off of her fingertips.
