New Family Blog!

Hey everyone,

We are moving our blog.  This blog is currently out of space for our photos, so we are moving to a new Web site: www.thecarmichaelfam.blogspot.com.  I didn't want to move this soon, but I do upload a lot of photos, and it's taking up a lot of space.  You apparently are only allowed 1GB for photos, and I've reached it, so...we will be moving over to the new site right away.  This site will still be good to go back and visit to walk down memory lane, but say goodbye otherwise as of now...

Saltwater Taffy and a Merry-Go-Round

One of our favorite places down in Seaside is The Seaside Candyman.  The kids love being able to pick their own flavors of saltwater taffy (over 170 flavors), and then we get to enjoy them on the way home. :)

And of course, the merry-go-round is always a hit.

Beautiful (Chilly) Seaside

These are from July.  Yes, I'm so behind in my pictures.  You wouldn't believe the process it takes to go through the amount of pictures we take.  And at this point, in the middle of home-schooling...fuggetaboutit.

This is gorgeous Seaside, and as you'll see, we're all donning jackets (well, most of us).  It's just plain chilly, even in the middle of July.

Essie's hug (above) caused sand to get in Caleb's eyes (below). 

I love these pictures.  They describe the essence of their relationship.  He LOOOOVES his sister and wants to copy every tiny thing she says and does.  So sweet.

My sweet Abby.  She goes off by herself almost the moment we land somewhere.  She's a quiet one who loves her family a lot.
