Joel's Birthday

We spent pretty much all day yesterday with my brother and sister-in-law.  It was his 36th birthday on Saturday, so we celebrated it when the entire clan could get together.  And at the end of the day, we enjoyed a nice birthday dinner at declicious BJs.  Try their blackened chicken pizza; it's amazing.

This is a typical morning.  Just the kids and I, with cartoons on, while I read the Bible and drink my coffee.

New Pool!

 We got a new (smaller) pool.  It's actually great.  It's just the right size for Caleb (which makes us worry less), and the girls don't need anything huge for the backyard.  Really fun.

Puppet Show

As one of our treats on Father's Day, the kids put on a puppet show for us. This has been one of their favorite things to do lately, as well as musical theatre and drama.
