Painting Pumpkins

It's become a tradition, I suppose, to go paint pumpkins with Abby's little pal Grace. Abby really looks forward to doing this; she actually asked me this year, "Mama, are we going to paint pumpkins again?" Forgetting we had done this with Grace last year, I was a little confused. "Well, Daddy will probably carve a pumpkin with us this year, like Grandpa did last year." Then it later dawned on me that she was talking about painting pumpkins with Grace.

I must say it's much safer than having them try to carve a pumpkin. Many thanks to Jennifer for hosting the event.

The kids were kept out of Grace's bedroom (for good reason -- there were a TON of kids), so they came up with their own games.
