It's so fun being the mother of girls. Yes, all you mothers of boys who just love it and wouldn't have it any other way, I love having girls, and not just any girls -- girlie girls.
Abby recently decided her favorite color is pink, which is a big change from her former favorite, black, which gave me chilling visions of a Goth chic as my teenage child. :-) I gave a huge sigh of relief when she finally decided pink was the it color. Now she has to have everything pink, from her pink bib, plate, and cup to pink shirt and shorts right down to pink undies and socks. She loves it when I switch out her lavendar bedsheets for her pink ones. She's such a girl. What can I say?
Too fun for me. Poor Daddy, though! :-P
