Esther's Lost Tooth

Christmas Day Esther lost another tooth, her upper left tooth.  Amazing.  I think it's her fourth lost tooth.  She's lost two teeth ahead of her older sister.  Dentist called her precocious.  She's definitely precocious in more than one way.
